UCI 2027 MASTERS MOUNTAIN BIKE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

The biggest race is coming: the 2027 UCI Masters MTB World Championships are coming to Nevados de Chillán.
The UCI 2026 Masters Mountain Bike World Championship at Nevados de Chillán was a top-level international event that brought together more than a thousand competitors from 31 different countries. A large-scale competition that stood out for its excellent organization, high sporting level and operations worthy of a world-class event.
After years of work, Ride SRL, Nevados de Chillán, the Government of the Ñuble Region and the Chilean National Cycling Sports Federation.
Achieved the goal of bringing the UCI Masters DHI/XCO World Championship to Chile for the first time, for 2026 and 2027.
On March 25, 26, 27 and 28, 2027, riders from all over the world will be present for this competition that brings together the world’s best athletes over 35 years old.
Cross Country (XCO) “Olimpico” course: Located in the Bike Park Nevados de Chillán, it combines natural trails and technical sections in the Andean range. It includes demanding climbs, stretches of native forest and open areas with views of the volcanoes; it requires endurance, technical skill and strategy due to its ascents, fast singletrack descents and technical sections.
Downhill (DH) “Águila” course: A world-class route on the volcanic slope, featuring steep gradients, roots, rocks, jumps (natural and man-made) and high-speed banked turns. It stands out for its flow and high technical demand, ideal for showcasing riders’ power, precision and control.
